Keep up with the building maintenance
Provide general support to company employees
Ensure production agendas remain on track and within projected guidelines
Utilize the internet, company updates, and other resources in order to accommodate maintain daily accuracy/efficiency
Point of Contact for Contractors, Homeowners, Jurisdictions, Internal/External Electricians to coordinate/complete inspections and services
Coordinate / Schedule time-sensitive appointments between Homeowners and various parties and track timely or untimely completion of such
Create and maintain in all daily/weekly district reports
Support Project Manager(s), Sales Manager(s) with the onboarding process including recruiting, interviewing, drug screen, and the training process.
General Administrative work / Other Duties as assigned
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence
Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Associates Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
3+ years of previous proven experience as an administrative assistant preferably in construction
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
MS Office proficiency
Veteran’s encouraged to apply
Scheduling experience is a must
