We have a challenging opportunity for a successful and enthusiastic Account Manager who will be responsible for providing our customers with an experience that far exceeds their expectations. As the Account Manager, you will walk the customer through the entire solar panel installation process providing excellent concierge service until the system is turned on by the local utility.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Customer Relations (or another management approved supervisor), the Account Analyst position at Solar Power-One is a sales and customer support position.

Complete audits on incoming opportunities confirming that information on the Solar Power One purchase and installation agreement match the loan documents and proposal (such as names, addresses, panel counts, price, warranties, etc.)
Validate that the Site audit was completed as needed by a sales representative for the design team to properly complete their designs
Ensure proper documentation has been received for the different departmental needs for the project
Bring to attention, any possible concerns with the project protecting both the company’s and the customer’s best interests
Contact the customer welcoming them and confirming all the information we have audited is correct
Follow up with sales reps who may need to get any additional information for changes to the project and scope of work

Bachelors’ degree in Communications, Marketing or Business preferred
1+ year prior experience in a call center environment
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask, delegate and follow through in a timely fashion
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Solar Edge, PHX, and internet-based loan portals preferred.

The core hours for this position are normally Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm or as assigned by management with some overtime.
Benefits the first of the month after 60 days of service include health, dental, vision, short term disability, company-paid life insurance, supplemental life insurance, accident insurance, flex spending accounts, sick time, and paid time off.

This job operates in an office environment with a business casual dress code per company dress code policy. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
